TRACK 1 - THE BODY’S REACTION-FEAR OR EXCITEMENT
Because we are in fear more often than excitement or joy, the body does not differentiate and simply reacts to overt emotion. We stop breathing in an attempt to control the fear, which only shuts off our connectedness. Breath is the physical representation of our connectedness to source. Whatever the emotion, just be still for a moment & breathe, bringing yourself back into balance.
TRACK 2 - PAY ATTENTION
Compare paying attention to paying money, both in value and return. What gift do we receive in return for our attention? Taking responsibility for our own feelings is not a burden. It’s the power to change things. Not taking responsibility is victimhood. Nobody makes us feel anything. We feel something because we believe something. When we transform our own issues, everything outside us changes too.
TRACK 3 - GOING BAREFOOT / LOVING PLANET EARTH
Those who live barefooted are indeed deeply rooted into the earth, but what matters most is our intention. When we are on the beach, or on the grass, and we feel the earth through our body and marry that with our thanks & gratitude, that is really powerful. Earth does appreciate the fun and joy we take in her.
TRACK 4 - CURIOSITY QUESTIONS
Discussion of Labyrinths and the idea of moving through the pathways of consciousness to come to an expanded place, DNA, hieroglyphs, and the Mound Builders.
TRACK 5 - MEDITATION
It is about what you desire from it. For many people it's finding a quiet place within. Breath equals connectedness to Source.
