TRACK 1 - WHAT IS MERCURY RETROGRADE?
We may picture our lives as many, many interlocking circles which spin. As they spin, so we have our seasons, years, movement of stars & planets, growth cycles. Movements in astrology affect not only our Earth but also elsewhere. With some things, we are affected more, depending on what we believe. There are also the 'labels' we put on things which become part of our collective psyche. We have a cycle where things appear to fall into place, and we have its opposite. It is like the tides, you know.
 
TRACK 2 -  NATURAL SLEEP PATTERNS
Cycles of personal development, cycles of cellular renewal. A propensity at certain times to make choices for change. Natural rhythms of sleep are not the same for everybody. There is much said of needing to have 8 hours of continuous sleep for one's health, but that is not necessarily true. It is quite alright to have 2 lots of 3 or 4 hrs sleep in a day/night.  For example, a person may sleep in the very early evening, and awake in the very early hours of the morning - they may find it gives them more energy, & is conducive to work requiring much mental acuity. If it were possible to allow our natural rhythm, we would find our sleep deeper & better.
 
TRACK 3 - SUGAR ADDICTION
How to live without manufactured sugars. If we eat more natural, and raw, food - we are already cutting down on our sugar. Not to be obsessive about it. Simply, at this time in our society, sugar is in every created food. Paying attention to our body, & how it feels. 
 
TRACK 4 - LIVING WITH EACH OTHER IN THESE UNCERTAIN TIMES
Learning to dance on a moving rug. / To live as we wish the world to live - with kindness, compassion, generosity. LOVE. Utopian ideal? The cynics would say it's not possible. But it is possible for each of us to live thusly. And as each of us decides this is the way we want to live, we will create change. /  As everything comes into the open with honest dialogue, the fear of others, of differences, abates. We come to know who others are, and in this way, we come to know more of ourselves. /  And though' we may not see it - as we hold this light within us, being all we can be in our day-to-day...it spreads throughout our planet. Find the strength to hold that light.
 
TRACK 5 -  UNLEARNING CHRONIC PAIN
Of course we can re-wire ourselves, and basically it is just a matter of knowing we can. /  There is much work being done to help patients understand that they may instruct their brain to 'turnoff' the pain. / It is particular where it is chronic pain, that is not required as an alert to something dangerous which requires attention now. / Much pain is learned. We can assist people out of their pain paradigm.
