We all have an underlying fear of being powerless to make things better, precisely because it is innate in us to know what it is to be in happiness and harmony (regardless of seeming experience). The fear can be difficult to identify, low-lying, but the story doesn't matter. Fear is a resonance, a frequency. Dismiss the story, accept the feeling. When we stop trying to fix it, we transform it.

TRACK 3 - PAYING ATTENTION
Playing detective to find the fears/beliefs (past and present) behind personal injury, illness, physical difficulty. What we think we do or don't have is not important or even the 'truth' of a story. Rather it is about what we feel. The feeling of needing to 'get it right', being supported, etc. / Food and diet: paying attention to our bodies ( and everything else). Learning what feels good, and what does not. Giving thanks. How our bodies react to change in habits/regime.
