What is cancer? The Collective Consciousness. Breakdown of the body's 'language': where and how dis-ease has manifested, and what was/is occurring at the time of manifestation. It’s not necessarily anything dramatic. It can be many things which accumulate low-level stress. / The point of identifying these outside stories is to be able to see our beliefs about ourselves in these situations and our emotional re-actions to our view of these stories.
TRACK 2 - TRANSFORMING BELIEFS
Transforming reactions, emotions, ideas. Recognizing that until certain beliefs are transformed, we will continue to recreate situations which bring forth the same feelings. Thanking this wake-up-call, finding the gifts in the situation and becoming more in knowledge of self, and more aware of the body, not taking it for granted or seeing it as unimportant. How the family copes.
TRACK 3 - THE AMAZING UNIVERSE WITHIN
How to help the body: listen to it, especially when it is telling us to stop and rest. Taking joy in simply being without having to do. Looking at how one's idea of self worth can be bound to ideas of doing and achieving. Introspection. Taking the time/opportunity to explore one's amazing and totally unique inner universe from whose resonance we create our day-to-day lives. / Why me? Why not me? Understanding that a situation is not a punishment. Creating energetic reversal. Lightheartedness.
