How much time will it take us to get where we want to be? Allowing the thank yous and gratitudes in the Now. While many have fleeting moments of knowing absolute non-separation, many don't, and that's all right too. Just take joy in your day to day life. Be in gratitude in your Nows so your days can unfold in a flowing manner, and you can be aware of how you manifest your life. You can feel the "positives" in your thank yous and gratitude. This can ground you in the Now and create connectedness with the exterior world and also in your interior world.
TRACK 2-FORGETTING WHY YOU CAME HERE
When you have your down moments, remember to breathe into the feeling and say thank you for the gifts. Emotion is simply energy. You label the energy as good or bad. Where the feeling is negative, you may transform it into neutral or sometimes into love. Pain is the resistance to allowing, or a misconception about the nature of reality. When you can step back from the story that has created the emotional reaction and look at the greater reality, you can get a different idea. Pain or grief is created by the non-acceptance of the nature of reality. The love component is the eternal component.
TRACK 3-RESPONDING TO NEGATIVE CALLS FOR LOVE
Time as linear versus time happening all at once. The difficulty in finding people to talk with about spirituality can be changed. The energetic frequency of you can be changed and you can bring more of what you desire to you. What to do when you feel attacked by another person. How misperception can be banished. Remember also that what anybody else thinks about you is not your responsibility. The difference between a judgment and a preference. Looking at what our reactions are about.
TRACK 4-APPRECIATING THE SYNCHRONICITY
Reasons why history for the most part shows prophets as being men. Looking at another person as a child who only requires love and wholeness. Why we feel we have to control every little thing. When you take away the word "need" you take away the fear. Taking responsibility for the "good stuff" in your life and creating more of it. The more you can be present, the more your idea about yourself as being "impatient" will change.
