TRACK 1-EMBRACING THE STORY BEHIND PAIN
When we can lay aside the belief that as we get older, we live in pain, and the idea that the physical body is detached from the mental and emotional body, we may be able to look at what these aches and pains represent. In a way, we believe in pain. We might think what is occurring in the body has nothing to do with us and divorce ourselves from the situation. But there is no outside story. Bringing up the pain allows us to transform it.

TRACK 2-CHANGING ATOMS & MOLECULES TO HEAL
It’s the mind and the emotions that change atoms and molecules for healing. We do this all the time, yet don’t understand that we’re doing it. When we look at the pattern of the energy of love, this creates the most beautiful symphony. The same thing happens when there is a discordant physical condition which we think of as atoms and molecules. Once it’s embraced with love and acceptance, the patterns change and become harmonious. Everything begins inside. Homeopathy as energy work.

TRACK 3- POLITICS OF HATE / BODY STUFF
Thoughts are broadcast like radio waves out into the multi-verses. A lot are just repetitive static, however, when emotion is attached, they go out as an energetic pattern that can be read. Everything occurs inside, in the non-physical, and then is translated into the physical so no matter what, we’re still obliged to deal with what occurs in the non-physical.

TRACK 4 - RELATIONSHIPS & TRASHY NOVELS
Sometimes choosing a ‘solo life’ is done because it’s most important to heal oneself and to grow in consciousness. Sometimes we don’t want to make adjustments required to share our life with someone. If the desire is there, all we need to do is state that desire and let it go.  If we want a relationship, we must look at what we are afraid of losing and be willing to adjust. Reading romantic novels often fills that desire for romantic love.
