Underneath the fear is the feeling of not being good enough. When things in your day-to-day life spark this feeling, it isn't a sign of failure. It's a sign that you are living as a human being. Embrace that little girl or boy that feels he/she isn’t getting it right. Wen it feels like we're breathing and embracing but the shift from love to fear doesn't happen, don't judge it. Just be aware of how you are feeling and be gentle with yourself.
TRACK 2 - HEALING THE EARTH / DEMENTIA
In your desire to help heal the earth, you can create whatever image pleases you. What's important is your love and the gratitude to the Goddess Earth. / Dementia and Alzheimer's is in a way the desire not to be here, to be gone. Sometimes that is brought about by fear--the fear of dementia itself, of things changing too quickly, of things being gone and forgotten, and feeling that one is not part of this 'Brave New World'. A lot of the forgetting is simply that something is not in the forefront of your mind.
TRACK 3 - LEARN THE LESSON, THEN MOVE ON
In external relationships, the situation, whatever it is, comes back to the feeling. When you stop and breathe, do it with the intent of bringing yourself back to your center point, which is your connectedness to your soul energy and to the Unified Field. When you feel off balance, breathe and bring yourself back to your center point so that you may make clear choices. Love is the grandest truth of all and it truly is who you are. The pain, fear and grief comes from the sense of separation from Source, from who you really are. Your pain, grief and fear is not because the Source doesn't care, but because you have separated yourself from that Sourceness through fear, ignorance, superstition, and the different ideas put forth through religion.
TRACK 4 - LOVING PEACE
You don’t create peace by hating war/pain/hunger/anguish. You create it by being it. Each person has created his/her own experience for the learning. Don’t judge, but stretch out your hand in compassion and healing. When you've healed the wounds from the trauma of your past and regret nothing, your love and acceptance transforms your past and embraces it into the largeness of love and the Goddess light of you. And remember that fear is not your enemy. It is just that little portion of you who has forgotten who you are.
