I recently thought about emotions which are not pleasant to us. Fear, pain, sorrow. Actually when we look closer it is not the feeling that disturbs us but the label "bad" that we put on the feeling that makes us unhappy. It is the judgement about the feeling and not the feeling itself. We hold on to the judgement and hold on our own reasonless unhappiness.

So true Burake. It is exactly that, our own judgement of a feeling.

When I am feeling something that is fearful, difficult or uncomfortable, I allow those feelings as they lead me to who I am inside. By looking at the feelings, taking them out of myself and twisting and turning them to look at them in a new light, I see what thought pattern or belief system it is that bought those feelings into being.

I can separate myself from the feeling.

I can see why I have those feelings and therefore I can adjust how I choose to feel about those feelings. All angst seems to fall away with the understanding that I am intrinsically pure, regardless of the feelings I have felt.

Feel the feeling, take it out in all its glory. Play with it, examine it and make it your own, it is not something to be feared but another stone to step in the beauty that is you!

much love as always

Our reality is made by our feelings, isn't it? We find ourselves in a situation which we relate with a negative emotion and wonder how did this happen but don't understand that we cretaed it with our energy. So if the daily emotional experiences that we have are more fear based then love, when we feel ourselves trapped in negative emotions and impressions this must be because we didn't use or life energy in a positive way. We simply live the results of our thoughts and emotions and it is very easy that we believe that we didn't cretae them because 1.)there is a world "outside", a situation has many many reasons undependent from us 2.)we don't like the idea of having created this situtation which we don't like...Actually when we are "inside the situation" it is already "too late". We cretaed it with putting energy on it again and again and now we are focused on the situation, mostly unable to follow up the way back how we creted it. We must always work and create love without waiting a "crisis" to show up if we want to have joy and love in our lives guess... We must always keep an eye on our feelings and create "feeling" every time we remember I guess...
