I read a book. It gives information about the life after death. People go back in deep hypnosis to their previous lives and also to that stage before the life begins. Many thing were so familiar to me. That we have guides, there are higher developed beings which give us advises about the life we choose, that our connection to these advisers and guides continue in form of intuition and dreams etc etc. What was very intersesting for me was that "absolutely we" choose this life including its lessons to learn. Before I thought to myself these higher developed beings decide it. But no. "On the other side" we simply know what we need to learn and decide on our own for a specific life with all its conditions. There are beings who give us advises but it is all done in a great harmony, in the understanding that we all work for the same goal of developing. This is a very empowering information I thought to myself. This takes us from the "victim role" away. This says that we are the ones who planned this life and the experiences of this. When we know this we can also sort out the experiences we don't need in this life.
