Being on the path. This is something I thought to be helpful to one in difficult times. When we don't feel so good: 1.step try not to identify yourself with the negative emotions (what you add power to will simply continue to exist)2.step try to focus on positive things, thoughts even memories (again what you feed on energy will grow) and 3.step with the help of the first steps which will give you a clearer mind try to understand the problem and solve it. I hope these thoughts will be helpful also to others...
