Breathing deeply and with imaginaton of light can also be a way of healing ourselves. It is also a way of meditating when we can concentrate on our breath. I just wanted to make a note about these. Maybe there are members of h BB who want to share their experiences about this.

All the questions are asked, all the answers are given. There comes a point when one must understand that one cannot look for that what he or she has been looking for by asking, questioning, reading books etc. It is time to go inside and find the answers. There is always support, there is always wayshowinmg but we won't find it unless we give up looking for it "outside". There comes a point one must understand and trust that he or she will find the answers only inside.

Hi Burake - You say "There comes a point one must understand and trust that he or she will find the answers only inside" -
This the when the Tide Turns in one's conscious experience of the world - because as this notion is practiced and more and more believed and then substantiated as True and Real (ie brings results!), then a person feels safe in the world, the person sees they are truly all-powerful, the person lets go of feelings of abandonement ....
Its a wonderful experience to be able to rely on oneself like this! Love and kisses, P
